Need a Report ???

Hey, we need some reports on the recent success and drama from Mt.A and Eugene Celebration....

I heard that Travis was SO nervous at Mt.A that he stopped for a pee shortly after the start as per Coach Bobolinni's instructions....never to be seen again...what?

Eugene Celebration: Little Climber Punk® beat the crap out of all of us in the uphill prologue but we were otherwise all placed well. I flatted in the road race and had a 16mile warmup TT to get back on... thanks mostly to Steve who was setting a hard pace in the group to ensure that I would be fit for Sunday. Steve's wisdom showed again by getting dropped in the finale allowing Krause to slot into the TT start position behind me. This was clearly the motivation I needed to ride the TT of my life. That TT put Krause in the lead and me in 3rd behind Little Climber Punk®. I tried to get away a couple times in the crit but conveniently flatted during one of the efforts. Little Climber Punk® actually got second and the crit ended up being meaningless. Steve put in a 5 lap solo effort only to get caught with one-to-go.

Mt Ashland: Travis did indeed take a pee break at Wendy's... mainly because Bob gave him my wheels and he flatted instead of me. I stuck with Krause, Plews and Jenny Slawta to Callahans before remembering that I was hungry and didn't like that pace anyway. Little Climber Punk® and Alex averaged 15mph up the climb and embarassed everyone else on the road. Steve, Dave and Reny had some 3 man race up the dirt... I think I heard they stopped for a tea break at 4 corners.

I was picnicking at Four Corners when those nice young men rode by, and yes, we did have a nice tea and nice biscuit or two. Steve in particular was a charming young man.

That lady is smoking crack, because Reny had me on the rivet at that point, and Reitz was breathing down my neck, so no stopping for tea.
